Parlay helps both sides move from an initial conversation toward a clear agreement. It keeps each party’s private coaching separate, carries agreed information across the table, and helps make the negotiation easier to follow. HomeParlay is a technology platform rather than a real estate brokerage, and it does not trade in real estate on a user’s behalf.
The seller’s lawyer remains responsible for the legal closing, including reviewing the agreement, handling the deposit in trust, and completing the transfer of title. HomeParlay charges a flat $5,000 platform fee, paid at closing through the seller’s lawyer, instead of a percentage commission.
