HomeParlay is inviting a small group of Ontario homeowners to become its first Founding Sellers. The program is for people preparing to sell who want a more direct route, are willing to share thoughtful feedback, and want to help shape a platform built around seller control and practical support.
Founding Sellers use the same core model: the homeowner leads, Parlay™ provides private guidance and neutral mediation, and an Ontario lawyer handles the legal close. The page explains the currently offered participant benefits, eligibility, milestones, and expectations so applicants can decide whether the beta experience fits their timing.
The cohort is intentionally limited to ten sellers. Applying does not require an immediate commitment to list, and the HomeParlay team follows up to understand the property, expected timing, and fit for the program. Homeowners who are not ready can join the broader waitlist and still receive launch updates.
