The roles are intentionally clear. The homeowner leads the negotiation and makes every decision. Parlay™ helps structure conversations and carries agreed information between seller and buyer. The seller’s Ontario lawyer reviews the agreement, holds the deposit in trust, and completes the legal closing.
HomeParlay’s platform fee is a flat $5,000, paid at closing through the seller’s lawyer. The waitlist asks for an email address and an optional name, and subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.
